On the south side of the property is the swimming pool apt for entertaining with its submerged bar, rancho bar & bathroom, surrounded by a brick terrace with tanning chairs and umbrellas for shade.

On the north side is a breathtaking terrace in various levels on the edge of the cliff hanging over the ocean. At the side of this terrace is the roofed Jacuzzi spa facing west to enjoy the colorful tropical sunsets. Around this setting is a lush tropical garden with its ancestry trees, colorful plants & aromatic flowers. Hundreds of different sea and land bird species adorn the sky. At plain sight you will be able to enjoy also many big mammals such as whales, dolphins and mantas.
