All of the above requires support, reason why the builders did not spare in providing a huge hi ceiling garage so you can fit a boat up to 25 feet long plus a car, plus storage, tools and shop area.

Behind this installation is the back up power plant that is able to provide electricity to 120% of the load required to operate all of the lights, air conditioning, refrigerators, freezers etc.

Next to the garage is the residence of the caretaker that consists of a living, dining & kitchen area, two bedrooms & baths and the laundry room.

Next to the pool is the well, water, filters & desalination plant as well as an underground water deposit for human consumption, and beside the garage is another underground water deposit from rainwater for irrigation during the dry season.

All of the roofed areas are covered with beautiful clay Spanish tiles.
